Renting a home with CALPMG works very similar to buying a home with CALPMG. If CALPMG represents you and you successfully rent a property and if CALPMG receives a commission you will receive 25% of that commission. It can be paid over the life of the lease or as a one time fee.
Prospective tenants can use our rental search application to find rentals in their area.
Currently, real estate brokers who list a rental and secure a tenant receive anywhere from 3% to 6% of the gross rent (monthly multiplied by 12). So for your average $1200 month rental, a one time fee($432.00 to $864.00) would be paid to the broker that found the tenant and a fee($432.00 to $864.00) would be paid to the broker that represented the property owner. We felt that we could bring that savings to you (the tenant and real estate consumer) because of low over head and efficiencies through technology.
And because we love saving our clients money! :)
We will give you (the tenant) 25% of whatever we receive as long as we are able to move you in and we receive the commission from the property owner.

Now if you find a property and it is not listed on the MLS or on CALPMG, we can still call for you and help you get into the place. The only thing that we can not promise is that we will be able to provide a rebate but we would be more than happy to represent you and find that home. There are times that some owners prefer not to list there home on the MLS. Maybe they only use Craigslist or they have a sign in the yard, in any case we are more than happy to help you find a place to live.
